Repair the grab

Big Sea JSC repair the grab 

First we transported the damaged bucket from the ship to the workshop for inspection.

Next, we proceeded to remove the bucket legs for repair.

After removing the bucket legs, we inspected and replaced the pin and bucket leg bushing, cleaned and repaired the pulley, and installed a new piston.

After completing the inspection, repair, and replacement process, we proceeded to reassemble the parts and apply anti-corrosion paint to all components.

After completing the repair work and cleaning, we handed over the repaired bucket to the ship.

The crew members and the shipowner were very pleased to receive the fully restored, clean, and smoothly operating buckets. This is a photo of the bucket handover at NOSCO SHIPYARD.
